February was spent mostly gaming and trying to ignore real life and it's invasion of bullshit. I feel that I mostly succeeded except for offending/losing some of my tweeple. Sometimes people just don't get me... Ah well.

Weather this way has mostly been warming up and I could not be happier! Each day the sun stays out just a little bit longer and when it shines bright I find myself in a better mood... so summer hurry up and get here! I have been waiting patiently for your return since OCTOBER!

My "new" (which is really used) wheelchair is finally here but the back on it is wrong so now I have to appeal to get the proper back put on. AADL has helped me to do that and now it is just a waiting game for the appeal to go through and get the back replaced on my chair. Other than that I am quite happy with the "new" (which is really used) wheelchair. It would seem they adjusted the dump because now it is not NEARLY as tippy forward as it was, thankfully as I was quite worried about that.

I also have ordered my wheelchair cushion - I settled on a cloud cushion worth nearly $500.00 scary price. Hopefully that will arrive fairly quickly because until then I am stuck back in the borrowed chair from the lender program (( which was due back to them 2 years ago! sheesh )).

My camera is pretty much kaput - I need to snag a new one and am currently in the process of researching them to choose one. If you have a camera you love that is less than $500.00 please feel free to email me a recommendation with information as to WHY you love it. I need something that has auto mode and more importantly manual mode! If I can not have both I pick manual mode over auto. Point and shoot cameras suck! I prefer to have both modes because admittedly there are times when I don't have the time or ambition to manually set it up for my sessions.

I would also like to remind you that I have two blogs - My game blog here (where I review games and such ) and my normal blog here (where I blog about anything and everything that is not game related). I blog in both all month between updates (though I do have some quiet spells now and then) - so be sure to check them out often :) Also please feel free to comment - I know many of you are not yet used to my new blog system - you do NOT need an account to comment :) Give it a try!
