My friend Karen has entered a blogging contest to be a blogger in a Canadian Running Magazine called iRun. She will blog for a couple of months as will 10 other people. April was another rough month INR wise - my blood was too thin and I struggled with nose bleeds and headaches from hell. Quite frustrating to say the least! I also had a lot of leg pain. There were however some good things such as weight loss, a new shower head enabling me to shower without assistance, having a good Easter weekend with my mom and kid ( we played a shitload of xbl games ) and just generally feeling happier. Managed to break out the cam one day when I was not looking like death and snagged a pic you can see here. Proof Jayde still lives :) I need a haircut something fierce though... my hairdresser had to cancel our appointment so it will be another week or two before I can get it cut.

I am enjoying spring and I hope you all are also! Nice to have the windows open for fresh air again :) We did have a few snow days tossed in to keep us on our toes though.

This spring / summer JustJayde.com will be getting a face lift! Some of the old content will be removed and some new content will be added. I am currently taking suggestions on what you love and hate and what you WOULD love to see or not see on my website. Please shoot me an email if you have some feed back, would love to hear it! Keep an eye out for the facelift this summer! Me and Tink have been working on it quite a bit :D
