Wow October FLEW by! I swear I blinked and it was gone!

Winter is here - it snowed for about a week this October... which is pretty normal though it was a few weeks earlier than usual. I was nowhere near prepared for the snow and cold to come back this year. I had to dig out some of my old runners ( which I need to replace with big boots as these are too tight now due to swelling ) and retire my flip flops for the season which makes me sad as my flip flops are pain free shoes ;) Ah well, spring will come again, it always does :D

My INR has been horrible all month... blood way too sticky. My dose of medication has been pretty high which in turn makes me feel very ill. Due to feeling so crappy I really haven't done anything too amazing in the last month. A lot of gaming, some art, lots of guitar practice, lots of dvd watching and of course chatting with my lovely friends :D

I have been having problems with a few of the kids in the area, one in particular is really badly behaved. I have written a letter to one of my neighbors to ask him to talk to the kids ( one of the little ones getting into trouble because she hangs out with them is his daughter I think ) so hopefully he will and the issues will stop. If not I may have to bring the management into the situation which I would rather not do. Hopefully the kids will just quit.

OTHER than the bad kids, I am loving my new home. A month has passed and I am really settled in. I still have a few small tweaks to get done but overall my home is unpacked, set up and lived in. You can see some pictures of it here. I didn't bother to take photos of the back door/spare bedroom/closets (storage etc ) just the main areas :) and there are a few things that will be moving but it gives you an idea of what my new place is like :D Excuse the mess.
